1.Heat Resistance Test:Place the glass lid in an oven preheated to 200℃ and maintain the temperature for 60 minutes. Immediately transfer the lid to room-temperature water upon removal. The lid shall show no signs of breakage or cracking.
2.Impact Resistance Test:Suspend a 225g steel ball at a height of 1.5 meters and allow it to fall freely onto the lid at the position of 1/3 of its radius. Repeat the test three consecutive times. The lid must remain free from damage or cracks after the test.
3.Dishwasher Compatibility Test:Subject the lid to 50 consecutive cycles of dishwasher cleaning. After the test, the lid shall not exhibit discoloration such as yellowing or darkening; additionally, the stainless steel rim must show no loosening or deformation.
4.Destructive Test:Strike the lid with a hammer to induce breakage, then conduct an inspection. Within any 50mm×50mm area of the broken fragments, the number of particles shall be no less than 50, and the mass of the largest fragment shall not exceed 3 grams.
